### Swiss law, infrastructure and administrative access

Planned initial service. The service is designed around Swiss jurisdiction and a Swiss legal and operating framework. Production data and backups are intended to remain in Switzerland. Administrative access by operations and support is intended to originate exclusively from Switzerland. The planned production data path excludes AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Specific access controls and contractual terms will be provided before a pilot deployment.

### Customer access is separate from provider access

Planned initial service. Swiss-only access refers to administrative access by the provider's operations and support teams. Authorized customer applications and Neo4j Browser connections are separate. The website does not state that all customer connections must originate in Switzerland. Planned interfaces are HTTPS for Neo4j Browser and encrypted bolt+s:// connections for application drivers.

## Roadmap and early access

### Development and availability

Current fact. DeepDB is validating demand and preparing the first pilot deployments. The graph database service is in development. The current website accepts launch-list registrations; it does not provision graph databases. Registration creates no account, purchase commitment or reservation.

### Secure: future security capabilities

Future roadmap. Individual identities, multi-factor authentication, Reader / Writer / Admin roles and audit logs are planned for a future Secure tier. They are not included in the first MVP. Future security tiers are planned around the DeepDB Graph Gateway; features, timing and commercial terms are not yet committed.

### Enterprise: future organization capabilities

Future roadmap. SSO / OIDC, custom roles, fine-grained authorization, private endpoints and multiple graphs per organization are planned for a future Enterprise tier through the DeepDB Graph Gateway. ### Is this Neo4j?

The initial service is based on Neo4j Community Edition, operated as a managed service. Each dedicated instance contains one standard graph database. Swiss Sovereign Graph Cloud is an independent service, not a Neo4j product.

### Can I use normal Neo4j drivers?

Yes. The initial service is designed to expose the standard encrypted Neo4j Bolt interface. Use the familiar drivers for JavaScript, Python, Java, .NET and Go with bolt+s:// connections.

### Is Neo4j Browser available?

Yes. Neo4j Browser is part of the planned initial service, accessed over HTTPS.

### Where are my data and backups stored?

The service is designed for production data, encrypted storage and backups to remain in Switzerland. The same requirement applies to infrastructure operations and support access.

### What does Swiss-only access mean?

Administrative access by operations and support is intended to originate exclusively from Switzerland, under the Swiss operating model. Your own authorized application and Browser access is a separate matter. Specific access controls and contractual terms will be provided before a pilot deployment.

### Is this the same as choosing a Zurich cloud region?

No. A Swiss region specifies a data location. Our planned service also requires Swiss jurisdiction and Swiss-controlled operations, with administrative access by operations and support exclusively from Switzerland. The production data path is designed without AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
