Your data, explained.

This notice covers the Swiss Sovereign Graph Cloud launch-list website at graph.deepdb.ch. The graph database service is in development.

Your launch-list subscription

We store your email address, normalized to prevent duplicates, the time and version of your consent, and your confirmation or unsubscribe status. We also store the landing-page variant and campaign labels or referring website origin when supplied. We do not ask for your name, company or telephone number. Please do not include personal data in campaign URLs.

Your email is used for confirmation and, after you confirm, product launch and early-access updates. Confirmation links expire after seven days. Joining creates no account, purchase commitment or reservation. A request remains pending until confirmed, including while email delivery is being configured.

First-party demand measurement

We measure page views, form interactions, signup results, opened FAQ answers and scroll depth. A random first-party cookie lasts up to 90 days and helps estimate unique browsers. Its hash is stored separately from subscriptions; it is not linked to your email. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for browser measurement.

We use no third-party advertising scripts or device fingerprinting. The application does not store raw IP addresses or user-agent strings. Temporary hashed identifiers help prevent abuse for up to 20 minutes. Routine cleanup removes expired entries. Browser counts are approximate and do not count individual people.

Hosting and email

This website and its launch-list database are hosted with cyon AG in Switzerland. Technical access and security logs may be maintained by the hosting provider. Website hosting is separate from the planned graph database service.

Confirmation and launch emails are delivered through the configured mail service. Your own email provider necessarily processes messages sent to your address; its processing location depends on your provider. We do not sell or share the launch list for advertising.

Retention and your choices

Pending requests are removed after 90 days, and unsubscribed records after 30 days. Confirmed addresses remain until you unsubscribe or the launch experiment ends, when we review whether further retention is justified. Browser measurement records expire after 90 days. We retain aggregate counts without email addresses for evaluating demand.

Every product update includes an unsubscribe link. Follow it and confirm on the website to stop updates. You can also contact us at any time to withdraw consent or request deletion.
